Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OnStage mobile and web applications, including OnStage: AI Product Photo (the "Service"), provided by Tera One Yazılım A.Ş. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), and the website at onstageapp.ai. By using OnStage, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

I. THE SERVICE

OnStage lets you transform ordinary photos of your products into studio-quality imagery and video ads using AI — including background removal, relighting, generated scenes, virtual models, and UGC-style video. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images you upload.

You retain ownership of the images and videos you create with the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not resell it.

II. SUBSCRIPTION

OnStage offers free limited access and optional paid subscription plans that unlock premium features such as higher resolution exports, batch processing, additional scenes, video ads, and priority processing.

Subscription details, pricing, and available plans are displayed clearly before purchase within the app or on our official web funnel. Prices may vary by country and currency.

All subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled as described below. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.

III. PAYMENT METHODS

Payments for OnStage subscriptions can be made through:

  • Mobile app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store), or
  • Web-based checkout (credit or debit card processed through our secure payment provider).

By purchasing, you authorize Tera One Yazılım A.Ş. to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.

IV. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling your subscription disables automatic renewal, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Important: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

For subscriptions purchased through the app:

Please visit your respective store account to manage or cancel:

  • Google Play Store: play.google.com → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
  • Apple App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

For subscriptions purchased through our website:

You have multiple options to cancel your subscription:

  • Via "Manage Your Subscription" email: Use the cancellation link provided in the confirmation email you received after your purchase.
  • Via our support team: Contact [email protected] and follow the step-by-step cancellation guide.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

V. REFUNDS

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: web-checkout purchases are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law once access is granted. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded only by those platforms under their own policies.

VI. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload content you do not have rights to, generate content that infringes third-party rights, or misuse the Service to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent usage limits.
