Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Tera One Yazılım A.Ş. ("we", "our", or "us") handles cancellations and refunds for OnStage (the "Service"). It should be read with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Summary

Web-checkout purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

By completing a web purchase, you acknowledge that the digital service is delivered immediately and is considered fully performed once access is granted. App Store and Google Play purchases are billed and refunded only by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Cancellation is not a refund

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops automatic renewal. You keep access until the end of the period already paid. Unused time in a paid period is not refunded.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Web checkout

Except where required by law or as listed below, all fees paid through OnStage web checkout are non-refundable. This includes unused time in a billing period, unused credits, change of mind, dissatisfaction without a verifiable platform fault, failure to cancel before renewal, or lack of use.

We may, at our reasonable discretion or where required by law, issue a refund for:

  • A duplicate charge or billing error clearly attributable to us or our payment processor, if you notify us within 30 days of the charge.
  • A fraudulent or unauthorized payment not caused by your negligence or account compromise, supported by adequate documentation.
  • Statutory or mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only. Processing times vary by provider (typically 5–10 business days after approval).

App Store and Google Play

If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, we do not process those payments and cannot issue a refund ourselves. Refund requests must be directed to the platform:
